Beats terms
1. Licensing
All beats are subject to a license agreement (Basic, Premium, Unlimited, Exclusive). Purchasing a license does not mean the beat is “royalty free”; usage depends on the license type. Redistribution, resale, or claiming the beat as your own is strictly prohibited.
2. Credit Requirement
All beats must be credited to Lanier and the collaborator (e.g. “Prod. by Lanier” or “Prod. by Lanier x …” ). This applies even if the beat is used with a free license.
3. Free Beats
Free beats are provided under the same conditions as a Basic License. They may be used for non-profit or promotional purposes.
4. Exclusives
Once an exclusive license is sold, the beat will be removed from the store. Until then, non-exclusive licenses (Basic, Premium, Unlimited) may still be purchased. Clients who purchased a non-exclusive license before the exclusive sale remain fully protected. They keep their usage rights according to their license and cannot be subject to copyright strikes or takedowns related to that beat.
